I am a Reference Librarian at the University of Dayton Zimmerman Law Library.  I contribute to our library's blog here and I tweet.  I will try to remember the #aall2009 tag when appropriate, but make no promises.

My calendar of events is below or you can check out my profile on ScheduAALL.

Home to Ohio

My personal gadget list

Inspired by @montserratlj on Twitter, who was inspired by David Pogue and @pcbrannon:

Camera: Some HP camera.  Got it as a package with a photo printer.  I think my cell phone has more megapixels than this does, but it suits my needs.

Cellphone: LG Chocolate.  Looking to upgrade to something with a keyboard in the near future.

Computer: Less than a year old Dell laptop.  I don't know the model or make, but it does me just fine.

Netbook:  Asus Eee PC 900A (will be bringing to D.C. for Twitter purposes.)

Gaming console: Wii, PS2, Nintendo DS.  I've still got my Game Cube, Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo, NES, Game Boy (original and Advance) and Atari 2600 in working order, but not hooked up at present.

Movies: I don't watch any movies that don't come on disc.  And I have not managed to make it to Blu-Ray yet or even HDTV, but I'm fine with that.  I do have a portable DVD player for long trips (not 1.5 hour flights to D.C. though) and a Blockbuster by mail subscription.  As for genre, I love horror/gore.

Music: Mainly my phone anymore.  I also have a Creative Zen 8GB Micro Photo that holds a ton more music, but I don't bother carrying around two things that basically meet the same need.

Storage: various USB drives, including my favorite, a 2gb Darth Sidious Mimobot.
